We use the information you submit to review applications, understand the community and its shared educational history, contact you about your submission or membership status, and help build G.A.T.E Tribe as a network and research-informed community. Applications are reviewed before invitations are issued. As the community grows, trusted members may help review and nominate future applicants. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or an invitation.
We do not publish any story publicly without your explicit permission, indicated on the submission form. If you request anonymity, we will not publish identifying details.
We do not ask for or require sensitive protected information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records, or government identification. Please do not include this type of information in any form field, including free-text responses.
Form submissions are stored securely on our hosting server and are not publicly accessible. We take reasonable technical measures, including restricted folder access, to protect submitted information from unauthorized access.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting ramstine123@gmail.com.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage. Analytics data is used to improve the site and is not linked to your form submissions.
